Delivery Coverage
Ahirani Jewellery delivers across India and services most serviceable PIN codes through reliable courier partners. We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with shipment details
- In rare cases of delay (such as high demand or operational issues), we will notify you promptly
Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- An AWB (Air Waybill) number
You can use these details to monitor your shipment in real time.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary based on location:
- Metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Non-metro & remote areas: 8–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Important Delivery Requirement
- A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery
- Most courier partners follow an OTP-based delivery system
If the OTP is not shared or the delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable (₹250)
- Additional delays may occur
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
- Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a shipping fee of ₹200
Failed or Missed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times
- If the package is not received after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us
For re-delivery:
- A re-shipping fee of ₹250 will apply
- COD orders returned due to non-acceptance will only be re-shipped after full prepaid payment, including shipping charges
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen logistics issues
- Remote location constraints
- Natural events or public holidays
