At Ahirani Jewellery, we currently do not offer product exchanges.
We follow a Return & Store Credit Only policy. Customers may return eligible products as per the guidelines below. No exchange requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
No Returns on Sale Products
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are non-returnable
- These pieces are often limited-stock or exclusive offers
- Returns on such items will not be accepted under any condition
1. Return Eligibility Window
- Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests can only be submitted through your account/login section on our website
- Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be considered
2. Return Request Approval
- Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team
- The verification process may take 1–2 business days
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or message
3. Pickup & Packaging Guidelines
- After approval, pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days
- Our courier partner will collect the product from your provided address
Important Instructions:
- Ensure the jewellery is securely packed in a proper box or protective packaging
- Items damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for return approval
4. Refund Method – Store Credit Only
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
- Approved refunds will be issued only as Store Credit within 2–3 working days
Please Note:
- No refunds will be made to your original payment method
- Store Credit is the only refund mode available
5. Store Credit Usage & Validity
- Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website
- It will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- After expiry, unused credit will not be reinstated
6. Return Shipping Charges
- A flat return fee of ₹99 will be applied to all returns
- This charge is applicable in every case and will be deducted from the Store Credit amount
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives with minor damage or repair issues, you may still request a return
- Such cases will also follow the same return process
- The ₹99 return fee will still apply
8. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Ahirani Jewellery, you acknowledge and agree to:
- All terms outlined in this Return & Store Credit Policy
- The absence of an exchange option
- Store Credit as the sole refund method
9. Policy Updates
Ahirani Jewellery reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
